* A credit card number is required to guarantee the booking.
* All payment made will not refundable.
* Extra bed is applicable with cost USD 30 net / Night including daily breakfast
* Check-in time is from 14:00hrs and check-out time 12:00hrs.
* Early check-out will be charge as full stay.
* Late check-out charge till 18:00hrs: 50% of room rates, after 18:00hrs will be charge as one night stay.
* Please note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
* Exchange rates for information only.
* Benefits & inclusions are not combinable with other packages.
* Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Seasonality applied for surcharge:
* High season period: 1 July - 31 August 2012
* Peak season / end year period: 21 December 2012 – 10 January 2013
* Chinese New Year / Imlek 2012
* Nyepi / Balinese Caka New Year 2012: 20 - 23 March 2012

High & peak Season surcharge will be applied as follows:
* One bedroom suite: USD 20 net per room/night
* Two bedrooms suite: USD 40 net per room/night

•(High & Peak Season): One night charge cancellation for cancellation 14 days prior to arrival)
